Dr. Monique Landberg

Monique Landberg is a research fellow in the Department of Educational Psychology at the University of Education in Weingarten, Germany and teaches various classes on developmental and educational psychology. She received her PhD at the Department of Psychology at the University of Jena, Germany. She works as a trainer and coach as well, mainly focusing on learning and stress reduction. Her research interests comprise discontinuous educational pathways and lifelong learning, such as the influence of learner identity and mindset on learning activities.

Prof. Dr. Ute Massler

Professor of foreign language methodology. Her research focuses on (CLIL)/multilingualism, computer-assisted language learning (CALL), the use of gamification in foreign language teaching and learning, the promotion of reading fluency and the use of Virtual Exchanges in teacher training. The design-based research approach was used in several of her research projects.

Viviana Probst is a research assistant in the Department of Biology at Weingarten University of Teacher Education and in the Department of Chemistry at the University of Konstanz. Her research focuses on the design and evaluation of innovative teaching and learning concepts in student labs and makerspaces.

Prof. Dr. Isabel Rubner

Isabel Rubner has been Professor of Chemistry and its Didactics at the University of Education Ludwigsburg since 1 April 2025 and was previously Professor of Chemistry and its Didactics at the University of Education Weingarten. Her research focuses on experimental-conceptual research in the didactics of chemistry, especially on curricular innovation. She also conducts research on innovative teaching and learning materials and innovative forms of learning (including maker education), digitalisation, teaching-learning laboratories, forensic chemistry and ESD.

Moritz Wagner

Moritz Wagner focuses his research on English didactics, particularly in the field of CLIL (Content and Language Integrated Learning). In addition, his research interests include virtual exchange projects, with a particular emphasis on the importance and impact of teachers’ intercultural competence in multicultural learning environments.
